some time ago my friend Tina asked me about my eating habits and finally it is time to talk about my secrets concerning what food I buy, how I cook and what I eat.
Actually, I have to say that I don’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen and that every meal I prepare is made very quick, although I always cook fresh and I only buy the single components for a meal, never oven-ready meals. Besides healthy eating habits I do sports and I spend regularly time for beauty rituals. These are my general secrets I can recommend every woman to look good and to feel great. A healthy lifestyle means to have a bright skin, strong hair and nails. It is very easy for everyone of us to have a healthy lifestyle, it is only about the right organization. You don’t need special recipes or a lot of time or components. The only important thing is, that you have the right herbs at home. I have a round 50 different herbs in my kitchen. This sounds like a lot, but if you are used to spice your food with fresh herbs, it is only a minimum.
Before buying food I always make a check-list of what I need. I buy my food twice a week. Main components of my shopping list are fish, vegetables, cereals and fruits. I only eat less time in the month meat. When I buy meat I look for a good quality.
For breakfast I always eat cereals with fruits and yogurt. I don’t add milk, only yogurt. Components of my breakfast are: amaranth, chia seeds, oat flakes, coconut chips, flax seeds, nuts, yogurt and fruits like bananas or apples or strawberries and raspberries. Sometimes I also add some chocolate chips. Besides I drink a glass of water.
For lunch for example I make sandwiches. My sandwiches are made of wholemeal bread, lamb’s lettuce and cheese, sometimes mozzarella and tomatoes or Parma ham and rucola.
In the evening I try to eat around 6 pm and not later. To the gym I go later in the evening. My favorite lunch meals are for example fresh fish with vegetables. For the fish I take lemon and different herbs and spices.
For each meal I need around 5 up to 30 minutes for the preparation. Breakfast around 5 minutes, lunch around 15 minutes and dinner around 30 minutes. It is really easy to eat healthy and to prepare the food quickly. I don’t need recipes to cook delicious and fresh. I often hear that people make cold turkeys and fast diets because they are not happy with their weight. I take no stock in cold turkeys. If someone wants to change his eating habits because he is dissatisfied I recommend first to go to the doctor, to make a check-up and to take a blood count. After you know if you have anemias or not you can start the dietary change step by step. Only a long-dated and step-by-step changeover secures the success. Cold turkeys are only stress for the body. An adequate nutrition, regular sports and a routinely beauty program over years is the Alpha and Omega for a bright skin, strong hair and nails. When you eat every day fresh and healthy it is no problem to go to restaurants, to eat chips and chocolate and to drink alcohol from time to time. The only important thing is, that the daily food is healthy and fresh.
