I remember this wonderful weekend, some weeks ago, when my husband and I invited friends and we had an amazing Saturday evening celebrating a fresh summer party. For me, a summer party always means having a lot of fun with friends, eating delicious fresh and healthy food and decorating the table with beautiful silverware, dishes and fresh flowers. Summer parties are always some kind of celebrating the most beautiful season of the year. For this bright and friendly season I only chose fresh and light colors. A nice combination is light green and romantic pink. Because I am more the classy type, I often prefer a classy decoration and thus roses are my choice number one.
Already one day before celebration I set off to buy all ingredients and the decoration for my fresh summer party. I wanted to surprise my guests with an extraordinary tasteful aperitif. Good luck, a few days ago I got send a parcel with five different sorts of guacamole sauces called SOLPURO Guacamole, for every taste another seduction. For my guests I chose the mild and the spicy sauce and brought them together on one plate and separated them in two different little bowls. The guacamole bowls I served together with crisp bread I bought at the health food store and with little salmon dinner rolls. For the salmon dinner rolls I took a heart shaped cookie cutter so that I could cut out little pink hearts. In combination with the green guacamole sauce it looks very fresh, nice and delicious. Our guests arrived Saturday in the late afternoon. They looked at the wonderful decorated dinner table and were positive surprised by all the pretty details and the good food. We all sat down, talked a lot, laughed and ate. It was an amazing evening full of joy and happiness. Our dinner table is directly located to big windows where every guest could look out and enjoy the beautiful surrounding. What our guests liked the most was that they could choose between different guacamole sauces. In combination with the crisp bread and the salmon dinner rolls the SOLPURO Guacamole sauces were a special kind of taste explosion. Besides, I prepared a fizzy cocktail made of champagne, pineapple juice and coconut cream. This aperitif gave my classy dinner the perfect exotic island feeling for a beautiful holiday dreaming.
